- To manage the accounting and finance matters, consolidate and analyse financial and management reports timely.
- Responsible for organization’s accounting and financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Responsible to supervise, guide and coaching the accounts and finance personnel in their respective job functions and ensure the department operation is running smoothly.
- Oversee the operation of the merchant platform, including account management, transaction processing, and system maintenance.
- Oversee the end-to-end remittance process, including transaction verification, approval, and settlement.
- Responsible for timely SST submission and ensuring payments are made to the relevant authority within the deadline.
- Arranging and completing yearly tax fillings, financial audits, and reviews as required.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretary and other statutory bodies/ authorities.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or related professional accounting qualifications.
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience.
- Experience in multi-tier Company account consolidation is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment and under pressure.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office suite and accounting software such as SQL, etc).
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skill is required to manage the work-stream across departments.
- Pragmatic, hands-on, flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self-starter.
- Strong attention to details and able to work independently.
