Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Learning and Development Consultant. The Learning and Development Consultant will be responsible for managing the training and development of employees, developing and implementing learning management systems, instructional design, and consulting on learning and development best practices. This is a hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management Systems
  • Strong Instructional Design skills
  • Ability to consult on learning and development best practices.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Technology or related field
  • Experience in facilitating and evaluating training programs.
  • Experience in e-learning and blended learning.
  • Experience in designing and developing training materials.
  • Required to have a minimum of 3 years of experience working within a vendor environment.
  • Required to have familiarity with deploying SaaS (cloud based) LMS solution.
  • Fluent Mandarin speaking (read & write).
