Description of Role:-

• Define vision statements and business objectives which in line with the customer’s needs
• Consult and recommend solutions throughout the entire project life cycle
• Examine and implement new solution and system features when necessary
• Communicate customer’s functional requirements effectively to the solution specialist, technical lead and technical team members
• Deliver compelling presentation, business valued proposals and solution demonstrations

Requirements:-

• Degree holders in technical field, business or its equivalent
• Min 3 years experience in general project management principles and have understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in either Banking, Insurance, Telecommunication, High Tech Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail or Government field
• Have up-to-date awareness of developments in computing technology and business knowledge
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Business Analysts (5 vacancies)
(Location: Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand or Hong Kong)

Responsibilities:

• Participate requirement studies and envisioning workshop
• Produce quality functional specification with process flow, role access and business rules checking
• Ensure customer’s functional requirements are within the project scope
• Prepare user guides and user training materials for the customized system
• Assist in SIT, manage UAT and coordinate the issues/ bugs log with users
• Conduct user functional training to the customer’s trainer
• Adhere to promote prescribed methodologies, processes and best practices

Requirements:

• Degree holders in technical field, business or its equivalent
• Min 2 years experience in management consulting and detail documentation
• Have up-to-date awareness of developments in computing technology and business knowledge
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
