This is a crucial member of the development team and will participate and oversee in all phases of implementation projects including - gathering functional requirements, developing functional and technical designs, development, and documentation and testing. The person must be able to manage project scope, client expectations and follow-through on assignments and issue resolution. The person must have good communication and written skills and will be required to travel when the need arises. This is a client facing position. Suitable for experienced candidates with more than 5 years experience in an ERP, CRM or SCM environment or have similar experience mentioned above. Strong functional understanding and project management is required.

Tertiary Requirements:-

• Posses a recognized Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines

Suitable for experienced candidates with at least 3 - 5 years experience in a similar capacity. The person needs to have fundamental understanding of a functional role. The person may have previous experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Technical Analyst with experience in business process improvement.

• Communicate effectively to identity client’s current and future technical and business plans in order to offer and implement best value solution services that optimize their technology to support and grow their business
• Responsible for requirements gathering, solution development, presentations, demonstrations, competitive differentiation and project management of the functional process 
• Manage client’s requirements and expectations with respect, taking ownership of problems and provide feedback on new processes where appropriate
• Plan resources and manage project delivery schedule within budget
• To lead and work hand-in-hand with other project team members and client personnel in deploying solutions
• Update client regularly on activities and developments progress

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or its equivalent

• Minimum 2 years experience in technical consulting or post-sales professional service role

• Proficient in English with strong communication and presentation skills
